Board elections

When: Wednesday June 20th - Meet at 6:00 pm for socializing; meeting starts at 6:30 pm.

Pizza provided; beverages are on your own.

Andy Hobart will be conducting the PACRAT board elections and will be voted on in order of directors list in the PACRAT Bylaws. Job descriptions are available under By-Laws on the "About Us" page.

Current nominees for the 2018-19 PACRAT Board of Directors:

Race Director: Greg Dilger - incumbent
Results Director: Dale Parshall - incumbent
Secretary: Dan Lane - incumbent
Treasurer: Virginia Collison - incumbent
Membership Director: Mary Askew
Party Director: Ulla Brunette
Sponsorship Director: Sandra Volk - incumbent

Note: the Past Chair and the two Directors at Large will be appointed by the board, and thus will not be voted on during the election.

Per by-law change in 2011, and based upon this year's number of teams, clubs will be allowed the following number of votes.

Mt. High: 5
Cascade: 4
Skiyente: 2
Schnee Vogeli: 2
Bergfreunde: 1
PACRAT: 1

We had 23 teams: 13 Mt. High, 4 Cascade, 2 Schnee Vogeli, 2 Skiyente, 1 Bergfreunde, and 1 PACRAT. Maximum number of votes a club can have is 25% of total teams, rounding down (25% of number of teams = 23 x .25 = 5.75, rounded down = 5).

Please make sure you have representatives for each of your teams noted above at the meeting to vote!
