Full service no-host bar serving beer, wine & Cocktails,
soft drinks, water and coffee will also be available.
(You will be free
to wonder around and enjoy the museum while sipping
on your favorite beverage).
Dinner: 7:15 Dress/Theme: Happy
Days - come dressed in your 50's finest. Poodle
skirts, rolled-up jeans and white t-shirts, leather
jackets, whatever suits your fancy.
All
Pacrat racers will receive admission to the museum
(normally
$10), dinner, and one beer/wine ticket.
Guests: All
racers are allowed to bring their spouse/significant
other (18
and over
please). The cost for a guest is $35.00. Please
bring cash/checks only as there will be no credit
card service available.
Menu: We
will be serving up Slick's Big Time BBQ for this
event. The dinner menu will include beef brisket,
pulled pork, pulled pork baked beans, macaroni
salad,
coleslaw, mixed green salad, buns, and honey
butter cornbread. There will be strawberry cornbread
shortcake
for dessert.
In addition to your beer/wine ticket,
there will be two no-host beverage vendors: beer/wine
and a cocktail service. Please plan to pay separately
as they are not the same company. Awards after
dinner: Andy & Co.
will be handing out awards, including team winners,
King and Queen Rat, and all the other fun that goes
along with it!
We will also be selling 50/50 (help pay
for the band) and raffle prize tickets so bring some
extra cash.
